Cookies and browser storage
What the service stores on a device, why it is used and how to control it.
Authentication and security
Better Auth uses session cookies and related authentication state to keep a requested login working and protect account access. Names and lifetimes depend on the deployed authentication configuration; secure deployments may use a __Secure- prefix. The operator must record the final cookie names and lifetimes before launch. Blocking necessary authentication storage can prevent login.
Preferences and local work
The theme key stores your selected appearance. Sidebar expansion, dashboard setup state and choices about optional external services are also stored locally. Field completion forms can save unsent drafts in localStorage so work can be resumed; drafts may include client/work details, notes and form entries. Use a trusted device, sign out on shared devices and clear local drafts when appropriate. Browser storage persists until the app removes it or you clear the site's data; local deletion does not remove server records.
Device location and camera permissions are separate browser permissions. Change or revoke them in browser/device settings. Denying them prevents the corresponding feature and does not necessarily prevent other service use.
External services and optional tracking
Paddle may use its own checkout cookies and technologies when you intentionally start checkout, under its privacy notice. External maps and address suggestions are off until the relevant choice/action; map requests expose network information to OpenFreeMap and address searches expose the typed query and network information to Photon. You can change optional-service choices in the privacy controls. Revoking a choice prevents future feature requests; it cannot recall data already transmitted. These external operations must be reviewed independently of cookie use.
The inspected application does not include a marketing-analytics or advertising SDK. This statement does not certify the behavior of hosting infrastructure or future integrations. Before adding non-essential storage or tracking, the operator must obtain valid prior consent where required by section 25 TDDDG and the GDPR, offer an equally accessible refusal, record choices and allow withdrawal. Necessary storage for an explicitly requested service is assessed under the statutory exception; a cookie banner is not a substitute for that assessment.
Your controls
Use your browser's site-data settings to inspect or remove cookies and localStorage for FiberAdmin and manage permissions. Clearing data may sign you out and permanently discard unsent local drafts. Contact the privacy address for the production cookie inventory or questions about device storage.
